This COVID thing stinks, but it’s giving you an opportunity. An opportunity to show your customers just how much you care.

If your business works with your customers directly, in person, I’ll bet you a nickel that your customers are super curious about what you’re doing to keep them safe. So even though the economy is starting to ramp up a little bit, which is great, of course. But a lot of people are still very hesitant to enter into a local business.

I’ve seen a lot of companies put on their website a paragraph or two about some of the things they’re doing and that’s good. But if you can show them in a video the actual process that you’re using to do everything you can to minimize their risk, it’s gonna bump the level of trust when they can see exactly the steps that you’re taking to make sure that they’re gonna be in the best possible care when they enter you’re facility. And if you can earn their trust, they’re gonna be a lot more likely to do business with you. It’s gonna help your company rebound much more quickly.

So depending on your company’s resources, you may be able to make this video yourself or you can always hire a production company like Moving + Still, but either way, when you can show your customers what you’re doing to protect them, they’re gonna be a lot more likely to do business with you right away.
