Don’t just tell your customers about what you do, instead show them, and it will improve their understanding immediately
Imagine trying to write down the instructions for tying your shoes. Now imagine showing someone how to tie those shoes. It’s so much easier to show rather than explain.
Although, this is a pretty silly example, I’m willing to bet you got the point. Video can make the difference when helping your customers, prospects, users or whatever you call them, to understand your product and what it can do for them. How it can solve their problem.
This recording can also be a Do-It-Yourself project for you or your team if you don’t have the budget to hire a video producer. Keep it simple and informative with good audio and decent lighting and you’ll be ahead of the game.
